Bre Grabill

Senior Regional Manager of the Great Lakes Region

Bre Grabill joined PLM Lake and Land Management in 2002 and has since become a seasoned expert in the aquatic industry. Bre currently serves as Senior Regional Manager of PLM’s Northern territory in the Great Lakes Region. As Senior Regional Manager, Bre oversees the entire Northern part of the Lower Peninsula as well as the Upper Peninsula and manages all of PLM’s Harvesting Department for Michigan.

At PLM, Bre has focused her career on outreach, education, and working with lake residents to protect their lakes and understand the important balance lakes require. She has accomplished this by growing a trained staff dedicated to protecting each lake, respecting its natural ecology, and working with residents for long-term sustainability.

Bre earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Applications at Michigan State University in East Lansing in 2006. While at MSU, she focused her studies on watershed management and limnology, studying water resources not only in Michigan but also in Antarctica.

Growing up on an inland lake in Newaygo County, Bre has a personal and professional interest in proper lake management, aquatic plant control, and environmental protection. She works directly with lake associations, residents, townships, and lake boards. Bre has managed some of the largest applications in the state and has evaluated numerous new products and tests.

Bre’s accomplishments include: Pro Certified ProcellaCOR Specialist, SePRO Water Quality Stewardship Award, SePRO Seeing is Believing Award, Patriotic Employer Award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Above & Beyond Award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and the MEA-15 Friend of Education Award. Bre is also a co-founder and the Executive Director of Evart Promise Plus, a nonprofit promoting post-secondary education for Evart Public School graduates.
Beyond her professional achievements, Bre is married to her spouse, and they have two children. In her spare time, she gives back to her local community, volunteering with numerous organizations, including community clean-up days, youth sports programs, 4-H Club, Band Boosters, Sports Boosters, the Evart Elementary Parents for Kids Program, and the Evart Public Schools Health Clinic Advisory Committee.

Bre and her family also started a small hobby farm, K2G Family Farm, where they raise 4-H Club lambs. Whenever possible, Bre enjoys lake life—fishing, skiing, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in Michigan’s natural beauty.
